Good crew tempo in normal flows. Keep the scan anchored on FMA changes after FCU inputs; treat it like checking the aircraft's handshake before accepting the next task.

Approach energy improved. On late runway change, verbalize plan, box it, then fly it. Avoid chasing the vertical profile while PM is still reading the arrival.

ECAM handling is methodical. Next session will stress timing: aviate, announce, confirm, then action. Do not rush the blue items.
